FAQ
Who counts as a qualifying referral?
Anyone you introduce who signs a paid project with us — including design consultations, maintenance plans, installs, and hardscape. Existing clients do not count as new referrals, but referring them to a new service category does count.
When do points post to my account?
When the referred client's deposit clears. You'll get an email the day we credit your account.
Do points expire?
Never. Your tier status resets annually on Jan 1, but banked points carry forward indefinitely.
Can I refer my own business or another contractor?
We pay on residential referrals. Commercial and contractor referrals earn a different rate — ask us and we'll set up a commercial affiliate agreement.
Is the check taxable?
For residential homeowners earning under $600 per year, no 1099 is issued. Above $600 in a calendar year, we'll issue a 1099-MISC — which is standard for affiliate programs nationwide.
How do I sign up?
Mention the referral program when you call or fill out the contact form. We'll create an account within one business day and email your personal link plus printable yard sign.
